Croutons opened its doors in 2003 and was an instant hit. Today there are seven locations  in southern California and Oregon, with more on the way. The two founders of the company, James Watts and Frank Farella, have remained committed to their original mission – to combine unique flavors with premium ingredients to create an innovative selection of menu items that are prepared fresh-to-order and delivered to the customer in ‘fast food’ time.
